With a passion to improve Greek and Organizational student housing, Kevin Kedzior and Glenn Roby founded Greco Consulting Partners in June, 2008.  

Since that time, Greco has partnered with real estate investors to identify and purchase property in the Greek Row/Annie Glidden North neighborhood at Northern Illinois University.

Greco has successfully integrated tools and strategies proven to assist investors and property managers in delivering best-of-class in student organization housing solutions to the NIU marketplace.

KEVIN KEDZIORKevin joined Sigma Nu Fraternity in 1987 and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications. He has maintained alumni leadership responsibilities at Sigma Nu since 1992. Kevin worked as an Educational Field Consultant for Sigma Nu International Fraternity and has been a consultative sales professional for 19 years. He provides sales and marketing leadership as a principal and founder of Greco Consulting Partners.		GLENN ROBYGlenn joined Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity (PSK) in 1988. Since then he has embarked on a twenty plus year volunteer commitment to his fraternity, the Greek Community, the University, and the City of DeKalb.Since becoming an Alumnus of NIU he has served as Treasurer of the PSK Alumni Association of NIU (House Corporation). Glenn also served for eight years on Phi Sigma Kappa’s National Fraternity Board as a director. He was a founding member and former President of Phi Sigma Kappa Properties (national Housing Corporation). Glenn currently serves as the President of NIU’s Greek Alumni Council. Glenn is a founding member and President of the DeKalb Area Rental Association. He has recently served on the City of DeKalb Mayor’s Safe and Quality Housing Task Force. Other groups and associations Glenn is involved with include the Alumni Inter Fraternity Council (vice president) and Chapter Advisor to his local PSK chapter. He provides operational process leadership as a principal and founder of Greco Consulting Partners.
